Tenth in our Rotational India Pale Lager (RIPL) series, the men at work in our sudhaus brewed this RIPL with Pacifica, Wai-iti, Wakatu, and Southern Cross hops from a land down under, yielding a bright combination bursting with flavor and aroma. When all else fails, Störbock! This imperial schwarzbock is black in color and packs a punch. This strong lager is brewed with carafa malt and chocolate wheat malt for a deep black color yet is surprisingly smooth.

This drinkable, strong pale lager is caramelly yet well balanced with hop flavor from Liberty and Crystal hops. This beer has been lagered for over a six weeks allowing the layers of flavor to mature and create a distinguishable smoothness to this lager's finish.
